We have a step-by-step guide for booking tickets for your school or vacation care group.
Step 1: Booking Form
Step 2: Part Payment
To hold your booking, we will email you an invoice for a non-refundable 50% part payment of your seats due within 7 days. We accept payment via EdConnect (please process as a pre-payment purchase order to ensure we received the payment within one week) cash, cheque or credit card. We realise that COVID-19 has caused uncertainty around planning. Please be assured that we can refund your deposit if NSW Public Health Orders prohibit your excursion or the performance proceeding.
Step 3: Final Payment and Confirm Numbers
Confirmation of the numbers of students attending and final payment is due 6 weeks prior to the event. We will contact you to let you know when the payment date is approaching. Your seats may be released if your payment is not received by the due date.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of the performance will need to be paid in full within 1 week of confirmation. There are no refunds or changes to numbers or dates on these bookings unless required under NSW Public Health Orders.
Payments can be made via EdConnect, cash, cheque or credit card.
Step 4: Teacher Resource Kits
Teacher resource kits are available for selected shows. The kits will be sent to you prior to the performance you have booked to attend.
Step 5: Accessibility
Glen Street Theatre is committed to providing equal access for all students. Please contact or Box Office on 02 9975 1455 or email email@example.com prior to your excursion to notify staff of your seating requirements.
Step 6: On the Day
We advise arriving at the theatre 30 minutes prior to your performance start time. Seating for school performances will be coordinated by our staff on your arrival at the venue. You will not be issued with tickets.
Late arrivals may be excluded, or may not be able to enter the theatre until a suitable break in the performance. If you are running late, please contact our Box Office on 02 9975 1455.
