Update your personal details
Log in to access your account details - modify your details and reset your password if required.
We ask that all fields are filled out with at least one contact number and email address to ensure we can get in touch in the case of an event cancellation.
You may also update your payment preferences for future purchases to ensure a quick and easy transaction.
Check your tickets
Log in to view and print your current e-tickets.
Your current e-ticket displays important information including the performance date, time, the amount of seats you have purchased and the seat numbers you have been allocated.
Tickets will posted out to you after completing your booking. Tickets will be posted out at the earliest convenience to your chosen postal address you have attached to your account. Tickets can take up to 7 days to arrive during non-peak periods.
Collect at Venue
Tickets will be ready to collect from Box Office an hour prior to your booked performance from the Box Office located at Glen Street Theatre. (35 and under or student rush tickets must be collected at the Venue).
Tickets will be sent electronically to your chosen email-address you have attached to your account.
The email is sent from the email address: email@example.com which will include a link to print or view your e-tickets. You may either print those tickets at home or show them directly from your mobile device on the day of the performance.
If you have not received your e-tickets within 15 minutes of purchase, please ensure that the correct email has been entered in your account and that you check your junk folder.
If you do not receive your e-tickets, require further information, wish to change your delivery method or have noticed an error within your ticket history, please phone the Box Office on 9975 1455 10-4pm weekdays.
