COVID SAFE REFUNDS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE

Under NSW Public Heath Guidelines if you test positive to COVID-19 self-isolation is encouraged but not mandated. Refunds will no longer be available for patrons who feel unwell or are displaying symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test or are self-isolating.

We strongly encourage anyone who is unwell to wear a mask OR give your tickets to friends or family to use. Please remember, attending the Theatre while unwell can put yourself and others at risk.

We request that you treat our staff with respect if you are in the unfortunate position of contracting COVID-19 and cannot receive a ticket refund. Glen Street Theatre will adhere and respond to a NSW Public Health Order (PHO) should the situation change.

Customers acknowledge that while the venue has taken all reasonable health and safety precautions to keep the audience, staff and performers safe, they enter the venue at their own risk without recourse to claim against the venue regarding health outcomes.
