An exchange of the same value to a different session may be possible by calling the Box Office during their opening hours. Should you not contact the Box Office during these times, your exchange may not be approved.
The show is 'Sold Out', is there a waitlist? No, we do not have a waitlist for this show. Tickets may become available at a later stage if any exchanges occur. Please check the website for the latest available tickets.
The show is 'Sold Out', why are there empty seats in the auditorium? Patrons may run late to shows or may not attend due to illness etc. We cannot re-sell any ticket that is already purchased even if it is empty.
Can my child that has just performed join me in the auditorium? All performers are to remain backstage for the entire duration of the concert. If you want a student to join you in the auditorium, this is at the discretion of the school. If released, the performer must have a valid ticket of their own to enter the auditorium.

What time do I need to arrive before the show? We recommend arriving 40 – 60 minutes prior to the start of the performance. This will allow plenty of time to find parking, buy refreshments, and use the amenities.
Do I need a ticket for my toddler? Yes, all children over the age of 18 months must be seated in a seat.
What if I have lost, forgotten, or can’t access my ticket? Email the box office with your and we will re-send your tickets. You can also visit the Box Office, and they can organise a reprint of your ticket.

What if I selected the wrong seats? If you need to move your seats, you must call the Box Office for assistance. If you ‘double book,’ you may not be eligible for a refund as all ticket sales are final and non-refundable
