Alan Jay Lerner was an American lyricist and librettist.
In collaboration with Frederick Loewe, they created some of the world’s most popular and enduring works of musical theatre for the stage and on film. This included a series of Broadway musicals, including My Fair Lady and Camelot, both of which were made into films.
The Lerner and Loewe catalogue includes: Gigi, Brigadoon, Paint Your Wagon, The Day Before Spring, The Little Prince, I Could Have Danced All Night, On The Street Where You Live, With A Little Bit Of Luck and I’m Getting Married In The Morning – plus much, much more.
