From the producers of the 2019 sell-out production of Possum Magic comes a new imagining of the classic Australian books by Sheena Knowles and Rod Clement.

Edward is bored with his lot. Maybe being a seal, or a lion, or a snake might be a better option in life for a lonely bird? Convinced that the other creatures are more popular, Edward breaks ranks and goes to find the fun.

Back at his pen, a very shocking but welcome surprise awaits... he’s been replaced by the rather wonderful Edwina the Emu! After hilarious adventures beyond the enclosure, they discover that being themselves is enough!

Cleverly adapted for the stage, this is Australian storytelling for children at its best.
