What is reduced capacity?

In line with current NSW Public Health Orders, our auditorium capacity must not exceed 50%. This means that 200 people can now attend each performance, rather than the original 400.


Will everyone that has already purchased tickets still be able to attend?

No. When The Wharf Revue was originally on sale, the auditorium capacity was 100%. This means, unfortunately, not everyone who currently has tickets to The Wharf Revue will be able to attend.


How is it decided who can attend in the reduced capacity?

To achieve the most equitable outcome, tickets to The Wharf Revue will be honoured in order of date and time of initial purchased.


What if I’m notified that my booking CANNOT be accommodated in the reduced capacity?

You can choose to receive a full refund now


You may opt to remain and go on our priority waitlist to be contacted if capacity increases or any seats become available. If seats do not become available we would provide you a full refund closer to the performance date.


What if I’m notified that my booking CAN be accommodated in the reduced capacity?

Can I still receive a refund if I would rather not attend?

Yes absolutely. Please let us know as soon as possible.

Will I have the same performance date and time that I originally purchased?

Every effort will be made to retain your original performance request. In some cases due to the amount of tickets sold this may not be possible. You will be notified of any date of time changes in our Wharf Revue email communication.

Will I have the same seats that I originally purchased?

Under current NSW Public Health Orders we must leave one seat between each patron and your seat allocation must be changed in order to account for this requirement.  We will do our very best to keep you as close to your original location as possible. Please understand this may not be possible in all cases.

What if I require Wheelchair access or accessible seating?

If you had previously indicated you require accessible seating, this will remain the case. If you are concerned about any changes to your accessible seating, please make sure to discuss this with our Box Office team.

Will I be issued new tickets?

Yes. New tickets will need to be collected from the venue on the day of your performance.

Can I exchange my tickets to another performance?

Due to the level of demand it is unlikely we will be able to accommodate exchange requests. If your performance date no longer suits, you can receive a full refund for your tickets.

What happens if the friends I was attending with are not able to attend due the reduced capacity?

Unfortunately, due to tickets being honoured based on date and time of initial purchase this may happen in some cases. You can opt for a refund if you do not wish to attend without your friends.


Will there be any extra performances added?

No. Unfortunately, we are unable to host any extra performances of The Wharf Revue 2021.

What happens if capacity increases between now and January 2021?

It is very possible our box office team will have a meltdown!

Patrons who chose to remain on the priority waitlist will be accommodated first, then any remaining seats will be released for public sale. 

If this occurs our Box Office will reallocate seats in accordance with NSW Public Health Orders at the time. Your tickets remain available for collection from the venue on the day of performance.
