COVID19

Nothing is more important than your safety, which is why we are operating in accordance with Glen Street Theatre COVID Safe practices. The COVID Safe practices applicable at the time of your visit will be made available here.

Due to the impacts of COVID19, supplementary terms and conditions will be applicable to all ticket transactions in addition to Live Performance Australia’s Ticketing Terms and Conditions.

What if I am sick on the day of the performance?

If you have tested positive for COVID19 or are waiting for a test result and are required to isolate, please contact our Box Office via phone or email and we will be happy to exchange your tickets for a future performance. If a suitable performance cannot be found, you are eligible for a full refund.

If you have cold or flu like symptoms on the day you are due to attend a performance, please do not attend the theatre. Please call the Glen Street Theatre Box Office prior to the event start time and we will gladly offer to move you into a future performance or give a refund if no suitable future date can be found.

What if my performance is cancelled or venue capacity is restricted?

A credit, exchange or refund will continue to be offered for any cancelled or re-scheduled performances.

If the venue capacity is restricted, seating will be allocated by the venue to comply with NSW Public Health Orders and may be subject to change.
